Once upon a time, snail didn't have house. At that time, he jumped faster than grasshopper, flied faster than butterfly, stronger than mantis and climbed faster than ant. So, he was famous in the insect world. Many small insects admire at him, and they all stretched their thumb to shout: "Ox!" when everyone sees him.

在很久很久以前，蜗牛是没有房子的。在那个时候啊，他跳得比蚱蜢高，飞得比蝴蝶还快，力气比螳螂大，爬得比蚂蚁还要迅速。因此，在昆虫界里他的名气很大，很多小昆虫都很羡慕他，大家见到他都会伸出大拇指喊：“牛！”

One day, he played on the grass and found a beautiful house, so he carried the house back. On the way, he won the admiration of all the animals. All the insects were saying: "He's beautiful, he's beautiful!" He was really enjoyed the process, so he went home slowly with the house on his back.

有一天，他在草地上玩耍，发现了一栋漂亮的房子，于是他扛起房子就往回走。这一路上，他赢得了所有动物羡慕的目光。所有昆虫都在说：“真漂亮，真漂亮啊！”他真是太享受这个过程了，所以他背着房子慢慢地往家里爬。

After that, wherever he went, he never put his house down again, basking in the adulation of everyone until today. Over time, he had become such a strange appearance now. So people called him "snail."

在这以后，无论去哪，他都再也没有把房子放下，整日沉醉在大伙儿的称赞中，直至今日。久而久之，也就变成了现在这副怪模样。于是，大家改称他为“蜗牛”。
